Bangladesh bowl First Vs India
Toss Bangladesh chose to field v India
Mushfiqur Rahim asked the opposition to bat again after winning his second toss of the tournament on a dry-looking pitch that was expected to aid spin. MS Dhoni was happy to bat first, conceding that it would have been a 50:50 decision for him had he won the toss.
India continued to persist with Ravindra Jadeja ahead of Yusuf Pathan. Jadeja played in all of India's eight games in the CB series in Australia with a bowling average of 109.00 and a batting average of 16.83. He conceded 31 runs off four overs against Sri Lanka on Tuesday.
India made only one change to the XI that beat Sri Lanka, with Ashok Dinda getting a chance to carry his outstanding domestic form onto the international stage in place of an unfit Vinay Kumar. Bangladesh went in unchanged into what is a must-win game for them. Both Bangladesh and Sri Lanka will be knocked out if India win today.
